Gartner, Inc. is hiring a Director Analyst - Talent Management Technology (Remote - U.S.)

Responsibilities

  • Create high quality, clear, actionable, “must-have research” content focused on talent management technology and based on Gartner’s research best practices and methodologies.
  • Bring your experience implementing AI solutions in talent management processes to the creation of new research that helps clients prioritize and make decisions about their technology, processes and roles.
  • Develop new research and ideas through thought leadership and offer compelling, actionable approaches specifically to CHROs needs and requests that accelerate their ability to act.
  • Provide high quality and timely peer review for research content written by Gartner team members.
  • Identify the root cause of a CHRO’s barriers to change or their overall needs and reframe thinking to drive strategy forward.
  • Demonstrate thought leadership in establishing research positions about talent management technology across a team of analysts.
  • Provide clients and prospects with actionable advice aligned to talent management technology via virtual or face-to-face interactions.
  • Create and deliver presentation materials for Gartner events and client briefings.
  • Attend industry and professional association conferences as needed.
  • Predict how specific markets are developing, help clients in their selection process and assist vendors in overall positioning.
  • Build credibility as a talent management technology expert to represent Gartner research, methodology and strategy.
  • Actively participate in innovation, ideation, and research discussions and collaborate effectively with peers in the research community.
  • Be a mentor and a coach by supporting more junior team members, as needed.
