What You'll Do
Lead the strategic direction of analog design, aligning technical development with product roadmaps and business priorities across key markets. Translate high-level objectives into actionable plans and ensure execution across distributed teams.
Drive advancements in analog design techniques, IP reuse, and verification processes to improve efficiency and reliability. Oversee the full lifecycle of analog components—from architecture and circuit design to verification and production—ensuring robust performance of regulators, amplifiers, data converters, PLLs, and power stages.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams worldwide, fostering a culture of inclusion, accountability, and continuous growth. Guide hiring, performance development, and leadership pipeline planning for the analog function.
Collaborate with digital, layout, system, and product engineering groups to ensure seamless integration and manufacturability. Represent analog design in cross-organizational forums, customer discussions, and strategic planning sessions.
Manage budgets, resource allocation, and project schedules to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within cost. Promote change initiatives that enhance design quality, innovation, and operational effectiveness.
Requirements
- Proven leadership in analog and mixed-signal IC development with strategic vision and technical depth
- Experience leading global teams in automotive, industrial, or consumer semiconductor applications
- Track record of delivering high-performance analog IP and full-chip designs from concept to production
- Direct experience designing and verifying critical analog blocks such as regulators, amplifiers, ADCs/DACs, and PLLs
- Strong ability to develop and scale engineering teams across regions and cultures
- Experience aligning technical strategy with business goals through collaboration with senior leadership
- Background in managing department-level budgets, project timelines, and resource planning
- History of advancing design methodologies, verification flows, and compliance with industry standards
- Skilled in cross-functional coordination with digital design, physical implementation, test, and operations teams
- Effective communicator in technical representation with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Commitment to continuous improvement in design quality, efficiency, and innovation
