Lead the development and implementation of enterprise-wide AI training and upskilling programs tailored to investment teams, operational leaders, and functional executives across the firm and its portfolio. This role drives the strategy, content creation, delivery, and measurement of learning initiatives that connect AI capabilities to real-world business applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain a tiered AI curriculum covering foundational literacy, platform-specific skills, and advanced use case development, aligned to distinct roles and business functions.
  • Oversee the creation of training materials—including presentations, practical exercises, reference guides, and video tutorials—in collaboration with external partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure content remains current with rapid advancements in AI models, platform updates, and evolving governance standards.
  • Develop targeted learning paths that link AI tools to specific outcomes such as due diligence efficiency, financial automation, and operational improvement.
  • Manage relationships with third-party training providers, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, performance tracking, and content customization to reflect internal systems and policies.
  • Oversee the full training lifecycle: scheduling, participant coordination, platform access, session delivery, and follow-up activities.
  • Conduct training sessions and hands-on workshops, particularly for proprietary workflows and internal AI platforms.
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of enterprise AI tools including Claude Enterprise, ChatGPT Team/Enterprise, ToltIQ, and other emerging platforms.
  • Track compliance, completion rates, and mandatory training deadlines across the organization.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators such as participation, satisfaction, knowledge retention, and post-training adoption metrics.
  • Produce regular reports for leadership that quantify the business value of training programs, including time savings, productivity gains, and workflow integration.
  • Use data and feedback to refine course offerings and guide future investment in learning initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal AI champions and transformation teams to align training with broader digital strategy.
  • Support ongoing adoption through newsletters, tip sheets, and use case libraries developed with training partners.
  • Identify and empower internal power users to act as peer mentors and advocates for AI adoption.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years in learning and development, training program management, or enablement roles, with direct experience overseeing external training vendors.
  • Strong working knowledge of enterprise AI platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT, and similar tools.
  • Proven ability to translate technical concepts into accessible, role-relevant training content.
  • Experience measuring training effectiveness and linking it to business outcomes.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
