Included Health is seeking a Director of Advocacy Enablement to drive the strategic development and execution of programs that equip our advocacy teams with the tools, resources, and knowledge they need to deliver exceptional member care. You will play a critical role in scaling our impact and ensuring our teams operate with maximum effectiveness.
What You'll Do
- Define and lead the strategic vision for advocacy enablement across Included Health
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs, resources, and playbooks for advocacy teams
- Establish metrics and feedback loops to measure the effectiveness of enablement initiatives and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Product, Operations, and Clinical to align enablement with company goals and member needs
- Build and mentor a high-performing enablement team, fostering a culture of learning and excellence
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in enablement, learning & development, or operational leadership, with at least 3+ years in a directorial or senior leadership role
- Proven track record of designing and scaling enablement programs in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to diagnose needs, measure impact, and inform strategy
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization
- Deep empathy for customer-facing teams and a passion for improving member experiences and outcomes
