The Arc of Opportunity is hiring a Direct Support Professional for our Agency with Choice Program. In this role, you will provide direct support to individuals with disabilities in their homes and communities, implementing plans that help them build skills and pursue opportunities for inclusion and growth.
What You'll Do
- Implement Individual Support Plans based on formal assessments, objectives, and goals.
- Track progress and support individuals in developing and practicing the skills necessary to pursue community opportunities.
Team & Environment
This role operates within a co-employment model where The Arc of Opportunity is the employer of record, and the participant/family provides daily supervision.
