Tertianum is looking for a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann HF/FH/DNII for our Tertianum Etzelgut facility in Zürich-Wollishofen. You will play a central role in providing holistic care and support to our elderly residents, taking ownership of the nursing process and coordinating daily team operations. This position allows you to apply your expertise within a motivated team while helping to shape the future of our care services.
What You'll Do
- Provide holistic care for our residents, adhering to our nursing philosophy and process.
- Act as a primary nursing contact person for assigned residents.
- Manage and steer the entire nursing process for your assigned residents, including RAI needs assessments.
- Maintain electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach.
- Plan and accompany doctor's visits.
- Take on daily responsibility, including coordinating the day team.
- Lead case discussions and nursing reports.
- Take on a thematic leadership role in a specialist area, contributing to our network for nursing quality.
What We're Looking For
- A completed qualification as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann HF/FH/DNII or an equivalent SRK-recognized education.
- Proficiency in German, both spoken and written.
Nice to Have
- Professional experience in long-term care.
- Existing RAI knowledge or willingness to complete related training.
