2brains is seeking a Digital Technical Lead to guide the technical vision and execution of our digital initiatives. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable digital solutions that meet business objectives.
What You'll Do
- Lead the technical design, architecture, and implementation of digital projects.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define project requirements and technical feasibility.
- Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes.
- Drive technical decision-making and evaluate new technologies and tools.

- Proven experience providing technical leadership on complex digital projects.
- Strong background in full-stack development and modern web architectures.
- Ability to design scalable, maintainable, and performant technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills for articulating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
