At SBM Offshore, we are looking for a Digital Solution Lead to drive business innovation and efficiency. You will own the full lifecycle—design, development, implementation, and RUN phase—of a Digital Solution, leading cross-functional teams to create products and services aligned with business goals.
What You'll Do
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of digital solutions to meet business requirements and objectives.
- Collaborate with IT Solutions Architects and Project Managers to understand functional and technical requirements.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of solution documentation, including user manuals and technical specifications.
- Ensure smooth implementation and integration of solutions within the existing IT infrastructure.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, fostering continuous improvement.
- Manage and troubleshoot issues related to digital solutions, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.
- Coordinate with other IT teams and external vendors for successful deployment and operation.
- Monitor solution performance and implement necessary improvements.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure optimal functioning.
- Provide training and support to end-users on the use of digital solutions.
What We're Looking For
- Master's degree in the technical discipline linked to the Digital Solution you will work on.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT management, Digital solutions, or a related field.
- At least 5 years in a Technical discipline.
- Proven experience developing and managing digital solutions aligned with business and IT strategy.
- Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge or understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge or understanding of time series.
Team & Environment
You may supervise Digital Solution Engineers as part of this role.
