Prodapt is hiring a Lead Solution Architect to spearhead digital transformation initiatives for Telecom operators and Digital Service Providers. In this role, you will create innovative, customer-centric designs for functional applications and end-to-end solutions.
What You'll Do
- Provide creative contribution to the definition and startup phases for digitally focused projects.
- Advise on key drivers and focus areas for projects and define functional requirements.
- Understand underlying technologies that enable digitalization and convince business stakeholders to embed ideas in the running organization.
- Work across all domains of the telco industry (mobile, fixed, cable) and segments (consumer, business, wholesale).
- Resolve high-level business strategy into working concepts and project goals.
- Drive business transformation from a business and functional viewpoint.
- Improve product portfolio, customer experience, and automate employee handling by introducing new business concepts.
- Help develop and maintain Prodapt Consulting methodologies in Competence Centers or via the Prodapt Academy.
What We're Looking For
- Solid business transformation skills and great communication skills.
- Understanding of where a digital business makes a difference.
- Experience with the Telecom industry, including BSS and OSS domains, competitors, products, and services (mostly Business Market).
- Knowledge of Telecom processes, organization, governance, KPIs, and frameworks like TMF Frameworx.
- Experience with management methods like innovation management, project management, business cases, and budgeting.
- Familiarity with architecture and IT reference models like TOGAF, SID, TAM.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum & DevOps methodologies.
- Strong soft skills: great communicator, influencer, transformation capabilities.
- Experience with business solutions: customer interactions (digital service channels like chat), back-end automation, process orientation, and focus on customer experience.
- Familiarity with many new technologies (Microservices, AI, Machine Learning, Big Data, Blockchain, RPA, AR).
- Core competencies: Influencer, Customer Centric, Teamplayer, Interpersonal sensitivity, Persuasiveness, Initiative, Empowerment.
- Additional competences: Creativity, Analytical thinking, Conceptual thinking, Result orientation, Planning and organizing, Problem analysis.
Nice to Have
- Telecom-specific knowledge on new technologies like 5G, IoT, and/or SDN/NFV.
