We're looking for someone who's a pro at managing website builds from start to finish, keeping creative production timelines tight, and herding cross-functional teams like a champ. You'll need to be a wizard at navigating CMS and CRM platforms, working seamlessly with designers and developers, and ensuring digital deliverables hit the bullseye for client goals. You should live and breathe the digital project lifecycle, be comfortable dancing around Figma files, and have a solid grip on SEO and web best practices.
- Manage and coordinate website and creative projects from initial concept through final delivery.
- Be the client's go-to person, building trust, extracting project requirements, and translating client feedback for our internal teams.
- Partner with designers, developers, content strategists, and other key players to deliver killer digital experiences on time and on budget.
- Deep dive into Figma files, export necessary assets, and work closely with creatives to nail the project brief.
- Oversee production across CMS platforms like WordPress and Webflow, and CRM tools such as HubSpot and Mailchimp.
- Track project progress, manage timelines with military precision, and crush any bottlenecks that pop up.
- Ensure all work meets top-tier SEO, usability, and performance standards.
Requirements
- Proven track record managing digital projects, from websites to landing pages and design deliverables.
