Darkroom is hiring a Digital Product Manager to lead our Shopify e-commerce initiatives. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end implementations, optimizing site performance, and driving data-driven conversion strategies. This role requires a blend of technical Shopify mastery and proactive project leadership to deliver results that align with business objectives.
What You'll Do
- Create and optimize data-driven CRO strategies, including A/B testing and funnel optimization.
- Perform maintenance, analysis, and development of new features for our Shopify store.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues affecting platform performance.
- Install and configure Shopify apps and third-party integrations.
- Manage the end-to-end implementation of new Shopify e-commerce stores.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with teams across Design, IT, Marketing, and Business Operations.
- Monitor progress, resolve roadblocks, and adjust resources or timelines.
- Provide regular status updates and key metrics to stakeholders.
- Ensure project feasibility and alignment with e-commerce best practices.
- Evaluate third-party tools and APIs for seamless website integration.
- Stay updated on Shopify features, updates, and industry trends.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into actionable tasks for developers.
- Foster effective communication and resolve problems across project teams.
What We're Looking For
- 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce or web project management.
- Hands-on experience in CRO and SEO fundamentals.
- Expert, hands-on experience with Shopify.
- Familiarity with Shopify APIs and third-party tool integrations.
- A strong understanding of SEO, Conversion Rate Optimization, and e-commerce workflows.
- Proficiency in project management tools, specifically Notion.
- Advanced organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
