Sleed is hiring a Digital Media Specialist (Performance) to manage and optimize paid digital campaigns for prominent e-commerce projects and brands across Greece. In this mid-level role, you will apply a deep focus on performance-driven strategies to achieve client KPIs, reporting directly to the Account Manager.

What You'll Do

  • Execute and optimize paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Criteo Ads, and TikTok Ads to meet client objectives.
  • Manage performance marketing tasks, including bid management, campaign structure, feed optimization, keyword research, and ad copy creation.
  • Set up campaigns using best practices and optimize them for maximum efficiency against targets.
  • Develop customer reports by aggregating and analyzing data from Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio to demonstrate RoAS.
  • Provide expert consultation to clients to help them maximize their digital tools.
  • Stay current with performance marketing trends and share knowledge and best practices with the team.
  • Demonstrate a cooperative spirit and contribute to a positive working environment.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads (search, display, shopping/pmax, video) and Meta Ads.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4, including advanced features like Exploration and Custom Reports.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a similar field (active students may be accepted).
  • Good presentation and client-facing skills with excellent written and oral communication in Greek and English.
  • Attention to detail, a strong sense of duty and ownership, and an eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Looker Studio, and Microsoft/Google productivity tools.
  • Google Ads & Analytics Certification.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with other ad platforms such as TikTok Ads, Criteo Ads, or programmatic buying platforms (DSPs).
  • Experience in CRM Marketing, especially with platforms like Klaviyo and Contact Pigeon.
  • Awareness of basic Search Engine Optimization principles.
  • Ability to read and evaluate a tracking setup through Google Tag Manager.
