Role Overview The Digital Marketing Team Coordinator is tasked with guiding, developing, and maximizing the performance of digital marketing professionals. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, metric-focused approach, and expertise in either website/funnel development or social media management. This position requires comprehensive oversight of task implementation, ensuring superior output quality, optimizing operational workflows, and supporting team advancement while maintaining exceptional client delivery standards. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Performance Management - Direct and supervise Digital Marketing Specialists, ensuring consistent achievement of performance targets and KPIs. - Execute periodic performance evaluations, mentoring, and skill enhancement sessions. - Monitor daily productivity, timelines, and output to guarantee superior execution quality. - Recognize performance limitations and implement strategic correction strategies. - Cultivate a high-performance team culture emphasizing accountability, proactive ownership, and continuous improvement. Digital Marketing Oversight - Supervise and evaluate digital marketing deliverables to guarantee brand, strategic, and client alignment. - Provide specialized guidance in: - Website/Funnel Construction (WordPress, ClickFunnels, Kajabi, GoHighLevel) - Social Media Strategy & Management (content planning, analytics, optimization) - Support team through technical troubleshooting, creative guidance, and problem resolution. Workflow & Project Management - Distribute workload strategically across team, balancing capacity and deadlines. - Enhance and refine internal processes, standard operating procedures, and quality verification points. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution. - Monitor work progression utilizing project management platforms. Client & Stakeholder Alignment - Ensure precise and timely fulfillment of client requirements. - Serve as primary escalation point for client concerns and technical challenges. - Collaborate with leadership to evolve strategies, streamline workflows, and elevate client experience.
