Remote Talent LATAM is hiring a Digital Marketing Strategist to lead and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for a U.S.-based digital marketing agency client. You will combine strategic planning, content creation, and project management to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions, serving as the main point of contact to ensure client alignment and satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Develop and refine digital marketing strategies aligned with client objectives and target audiences.
- Act as the main point of contact and project manager for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and alignment on priorities.
- Generate, consolidate, and present marketing reports to track KPIs and recommend optimizations.
- Write copy for social media content, ads, email campaigns, and SEO blogs.
- Collaborate with internal specialists to ensure high-quality execution of client strategies.
- Identify upsell opportunities and communicate them with leadership.
- Conduct industry and competitor research to stay updated on trends and best practices.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of proven experience in digital marketing.
- 2+ years in a senior or strategic role.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Project Management experience.
- Analytical mindset with experience interpreting data to drive decision-making.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Trello).
- Experience working in remote, fast-paced environments.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Previous marketing agency experience.
- Familiarity with AI tools for process automation and content creation.

- Compensation: USD $2,900 monthly
- Fully remote role Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm EST
