Remote Talent LATAM is hiring a Digital Marketing Strategist to lead and execute comprehensive digital strategies for a U.S.-based digital marketing agency client. You will combine strategic planning, content creation, and client management to deliver campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
What You'll Do
- Develop and refine digital marketing strategies aligned with client objectives and target audiences.
- Act as the main point of contact and project manager for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and alignment on priorities.
- Generate, consolidate, and present marketing reports to track KPIs and recommend optimizations.
- Write copy for social media content, ads, email campaigns, and SEO blogs.
- Collaborate with internal specialists to ensure high-quality execution of client strategies.
- Identify upsell opportunities and communicate them with leadership.
- Conduct industry and competitor research to stay updated on trends and best practices.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of proven experience in digital marketing.
- 2+ years in a senior or strategic role.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Project Management experience.
- Analytical mindset with experience interpreting data to drive decision-making.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or Trello.
- Experience working in remote, fast-paced environments.
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Previous marketing agency experience.
- Familiarity with AI tools for process automation and content creation.
