Produbanco is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to investigate and implement digital marketing strategies that support the objectives of our digital product portfolio, based on the customer journey. You will leverage data and analytics to optimize digital campaigns and tactics, with the goal of increasing brand visibility, lead generation, and customer conversion.
What You'll Do
- Ensure proper application of Produbanco and subsidiary brand usage, in accordance with the brand manual for digital campaigns focused on the customer journey.
- Apply full-funnel digital marketing techniques (search marketing, paid media, optimization, and remarketing).
- Analyze industry trends and customer needs in conjunction with the digital transformation lab to interpret quantitative and qualitative data, identifying insights and behavioral patterns.
- Measure ROI for online advertising campaigns.
- Monitor budget allocation and performance of paid advertising campaigns.
- Recommend optimization for different campaigns.
- Define and build reports and dashboards for key digital marketing KPIs.
- Communicate complex technical concepts and align stakeholders regarding definitions.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
- Experience in digital marketing within service companies or advertising agencies.
- Knowledge of financial products, processes, and services.
- Knowledge of English.
