Superior Fence & Rail is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead initiatives that drive brand visibility and engagement across multiple digital platforms. In this role, you will manage the content strategy, keyword optimization, campaign analysis, and performance reporting for a US-based company.
What You'll Do
- Plan, launch, and optimize digital campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement messaging aligned with business and campaign goals.
- Work with writers and designers to ensure copy, visuals, and strategy align with performance goals.
- Use ChatGPT and similar AI tools to brainstorm ideas, generate variations, and streamline execution.
- Manage email and SMS marketing campaigns through Klaviyo or Mailchimp, optimizing for engagement and conversions.
- Support SEO strategies by driving high-intent traffic and improving search visibility.
- Monitor performance, analyze key metrics, and deliver actionable insights.
- Coordinate with design, content, and project management teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally with campaign ownership.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and Adobe Photoshop.
- Hands-on experience with Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Experience with email and SMS marketing tools like Klaviyo or Mailchimp.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, targeting strategies, and campaign structure.
- Familiarity with ChatGPT or similar AI tools to boost efficiency and creativity.
- Excellent English communication and writing skills. Short-form copywriting is a plus.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environment.
