Learnlight is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to execute and optimize our global digital marketing strategy. Reporting to the Head of Global Field Marketing and Campaigns, this remote role is focused on managing campaigns and ensuring our corporate websites are high-performing and on-brand.
What You'll Do
- Maintain and update six corporate websites (1 English + 5 international), ensuring brand consistency, effective landing page design, on-page SEO, and analytics tracking.
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid social, SEO, SEM, display, and retargeting campaigns in line with marketing objectives.
- Ensure all digital content supports campaign objectives and brand messaging, working closely with internal teams on web-based communication strategies.
- Track and report on website and campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and offer actionable insights.
- Work with external agencies, developers, and internal teams to ensure successful campaign and website execution, including ongoing improvements and ROI reporting.
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or website management, including CMS management, SEO/SEM, paid social, display advertising, and email marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital performance metrics, Google Analytics (or equivalent), reporting, and optimization to drive results.
- Experience with website CMS, CRM/marketing automation platforms (such as Dynamics 365 Marketing), and familiarity with UX/usability principles.
- Ability to produce high-quality, engaging content with an eye for design, user experience, storytelling, and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills to work effectively across teams and manage multiple global sites and priorities.
- Outstanding writing, presentation, and communication skills; advanced English is required.

Team & Environment
