Datex Inc. is hiring a contract Digital Marketing Specialist for a 3-month engagement to stabilize, optimize, and improve our paid media programs while supporting tactical SEO execution. This is a hands-on execution role with potential to transition to a permanent position for the right candidate.
What You'll Do
- Manage, create, and optimize LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and programmatic campaigns.
- Improve targeting, segmentation, and retargeting strategies.
- Monitor budget pacing and reallocate spend based on performance.
- Run structured A/B tests across creative, messaging, and audience segments.
- Create dedicated landing pages.
- Track CPL, MQL performance, and engagement metrics.
- Provide clear weekly performance summaries and structured monthly reports with optimization recommendations.
- Identify technical SEO issues and coordinate fixes.
- Implement on-page SEO improvements (meta titles, descriptions, headers, internal linking).
- Refresh and optimize existing blog and landing page content using SEO tools.
- Monitor keyword rankings and organic traffic trends.
- Support ongoing content optimization efforts.
- Maintain UTM structure and campaign tracking integrity.
- Align paid performance reporting with HubSpot attribution.
- Build simple dashboards to monitor performance trends.
- Ensure performance insights are tied to business outcomes.
- Support marketing and campaign operations to ensure processes and campaigns are organized, measurable, and efficient.
- Support the execution of demand generation and ABM campaigns through email marketing, landing pages, and digital promotion.
- Monitor multi-channel campaign performance and recommend optimizations across email, paid media, newsletters, events, webinars, partner programs, third-party lead generation, and digital advertising.
What We're Looking For
- 4–6 years of B2B digital marketing experience (SaaS preferred).
- Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads, including building campaigns from scratch.
- Must have hands-on experience with programmatic platforms, ideally StackAdapt.
- Solid knowledge of on-page SEO and content optimization tools (SEMrush, Clearscope, etc.).
- Experience using HubSpot.
- Able to operate independently with minimal oversight.
- Comfortable stepping into an existing account structure and improving it quickly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with 6sense and ZoomInfo.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: ₱75,000 – ₱90,000 per month.
- Fully Remote.
