Aristo Sourcing is hiring a Digital Marketing Project Manager/Account Manager to act as the strategic partner for our key clients. You will cultivate relationships, own accounts with an ownership mindset, and ensure the successful delivery of marketing initiatives from onboarding through execution and reporting.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the strategic advisor and main point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring the delivery of marketing solutions that meet defined KPIs.
- Build, maintain, and grow multi-stakeholder relationships, including executive and senior-level client contacts.
- Develop and execute account growth strategies, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Monitor account performance through data-driven insights, preparing detailed performance marketing reports and presenting strategic recommendations.
- Lead weekly strategic planning sessions to assess progress, recalibrate priorities, and mitigate risks.
- Anticipate client challenges and proactively deliver solutions to maintain satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize workflows, processes, and client delivery standards.
- Represent the agency’s brand and values in all client interactions, maintaining professionalism, transparency, and accountability.
What We're Looking For
- An in-depth background in a remote setup of work similar to freelancing as an Independent Contractor.
- 5+ years of experience in digital account management, client services, or business development.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in discussing paid media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Google Ads, Bing, and Demand Generation.
- A proven track record managing enterprise or high-value accounts with measurable results tied to client growth and retention.
- A strong understanding of digital marketing disciplines including paid media, analytics, SEO, CRM, content, and automation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and use insights to drive strategic decisions.
- Proficiency with project management and CRM tools such as ClickUp, HubSpot, Asana, and Salesforce.
- Must be fluent in English and comfortable communicating with U.S.-based clients daily.
- A reliable internet connection and consistent availability during designated hours.
