Meet the Team The Digital Marketing Manager will orchestrate Cisco's comprehensive multimedia initiatives, developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies across digital platforms, including paid and organic media, audiovisual marketing, event amplification, video advertising, and campaign launches. This role is crucial in driving customer engagement, retention, brand recognition, and business expansion. Audience-Driven Content & Campaign Development - Direct production of audience-specific assets across video, social, podcast, event, and paid media channels, maintaining consistent tone, messaging, and brand alignment. - Collaborate with analytics and research teams to evaluate performance data, refining content and messaging frameworks based on real-time insights and testing. - Transform audience insights from data analytics, persona research, journey mapping, and industry trends into actionable content strategies and integrated campaign concepts driving engagement, education, and pipeline growth. - Spearhead creative brief and campaign narrative development reflecting deep understanding of customer needs, challenges, decision-making processes, and preferred content formats. Influencer Strategy & Management - Identify and screen relevant B2B tech influencers, creators, thought leaders, and podcast hosts aligned with Cisco's brand, campaign objectives, and audience trust signals. - Establish and maintain influencer relationships, from initial outreach and negotiations to briefing, approvals, and performance tracking. - Collaborate on co-created content like podcasts, video segments, thought leadership pieces, and event collaborations, ensuring message control while supporting authentic engagement. - Manage compliance, legal approvals, brand alignment, and measurement of influencer initiatives, ensuring ROI tracking and optimization. Cross-Functional Collaboration with Product Marketing - Closely partner with product marketing teams to comprehend key business outcomes and solution value propositions for priority products. - Develop content roadmaps and asset lists for various campaigns, informed by audience behavior, content consumption patterns, and digital channel performance data. - Generate templates and messaging frameworks enabling product teams to efficiently build content supporting campaign narratives across multimedia formats and digital channels. - Ensure content promotion aligns with broader brand strategy and audience-centric messaging standards. Podcasting & Video Advertising Expertise - Support strategy, planning, and execution of branded podcast and video advertising initiatives, tailoring content to platform formats and audience intent. - Manage podcast editorial calendars, host selection, distribution strategy, and measurement of reach, engagement, and listener actions. - Collaborate with media and creative teams to develop engaging video content for advertising, including pre-roll, native social, and programmatic placements. - Steward Cisco Security's YouTube content strategy, collaborating with paid media and organic content teams to align objectives, messaging, and targeting. Budget Management & Cross-Functional Leadership - Manage diverse budgets, including influencer, media, content production, and agency costs, ensuring spend aligns with KPIs and delivers measurable ROI. - Drive cross-team alignment through regular planning sessions, clear documentation, shared timelines, and collaborative goal setting with internal and external partners. Minimum Qualifications: - 5-7 years of integrated B2B/B2C marketing experience, preferably in tech, managing cross-channel campaigns and multimedia content strategies. - Proven success in developing data-driven marketing concepts, managing influencer relationships, and cross-functional collaboration. - Strong understanding of digital B2B buyer journeys, content's role in ABM, demand generation, and thought leadership. - Proven track record of multi-channel marketing campaign management. - Strong analytical skills with data interpretation and data-driven decision-making capabilities. - Expertise in marketing tools like Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, YouTube, Meta, Podcasting platforms, and Salesforce. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. - Experience in podcast content development and video advertising strategy. - Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder alignment skills. Salary Range: $118,000.00 to $148,700.00 for U.S. and Canadian locations, excluding incentive compensation, equity, and benefits. Individual compensation determined by location, market conditions, skills, experience, qualifications, and certifications.
