Pavago is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to design and execute effective digital marketing strategies that generate qualified leads and optimize campaigns. You’ll be responsible for managing paid advertising, content marketing, and ensuring professional customer communication in a remote, results-driven environment.

What You'll Do

Manage and optimize Google Ads and Google Local Services campaigns to maximize ROI.
Perform A/B testing on ads and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
Monitor and report on campaign KPIs, such as cost per lead and conversion rates.
Create and distribute a monthly email newsletter to a 1,000+ client list.
Develop, schedule, and post engaging content on Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
Maintain updated customer records and segmented contact lists for targeted outreach.
Research, identify, and implement new lead generation sources (e.g., local partnerships, referral programs, community events).
Collaborate with management to create seasonal promotions and special offers.
Answer inbound calls (approx. 5–15 daily) in a friendly and professional manner, qualify them, and set appointments.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
Follow up with potential and past customers to encourage bookings and repeat business.
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns during peak seasons.
Support the development of efficient processes and systems for lead handling.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in performance or digital marketing with measurable results.
Strong understanding of paid advertising, SEO, social media, and email marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to engage with customers both over the phone and online.
