Abe is looking for a Digital Designer to create compelling, performance-driven social media advertising for B2B clients. In this remote role based in Canada, you will focus on designing static and motion assets for platforms like LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok, using data to directly improve marketing KPIs and business outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Craft compelling design assets such as ad sets and landing pages backed by data to improve digital marketing KPIs.
- Produce motion graphics and basic short-form video cutdowns optimized for social media advertising on LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Edit existing video assets into high-performing ad units tailored to platform specifications, aspect ratios, and attention spans.
- Collaborate with media and content teams to align motion creative with audience insights and campaign goals.
- Support Abe’s own marketing with compelling creative.
- Maintain brand consistency across all static, motion, and video assets while adapting creatively to different audience segments and platforms.
- Collaborate with internal and client teams to understand business goals and target audience for creating A/B tests and data-driven designs.
- Design and implement A/B tests and other experiments using CRO tools such as Optimizely, Unbounce, and/or Crazyegg.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and heat mapping analysis to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Continuously iterate and refine designs based on feedback, data insights, and testing outcomes.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while communicating effectively with project management and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to CRO and user experience design.
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years experience in graphic design with a focus on performance-driven creative and CRO.
- 1 year experience with motion graphics.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign.
- Basic video editing and motion graphics experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge and execution of performance marketing metrics like A/B Testing, CRO Analytics, Heatmapping.
- Experience designing for performance-driven campaigns.

- Annual base salary of $70,000-$95,000 CAD.
