Bell Canada Enterprises is hiring a Digital Designer to lead the visual strategy for digital CRM campaigns across the Bell, Virgin, and Lucky Mobile brands. You will conceptualize and design compelling visuals that drive engagement, conversion, and brand consistency for B2C and B2B segments across mobile and residential services.
What You'll Do
- Develop and design innovative concepts for digital CRM campaigns, including emails, MMS, push notifications, in-app messages, digital banners, and social media assets.
- Translate marketing briefs into visually appealing and effective creative solutions that resonate with distinct customer segments.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, CRM specialists, campaign managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a consistent and impactful customer journey.
- Oversee the design and production of all visual assets, ensuring high quality and brand consistency at all touchpoints.
- Provide art direction and feedback to internal and external design resources.
- Stay current with the latest design trends, digital marketing best practices, and the competitive landscape in telecommunications.
- Effectively present creative concepts and their rationale to stakeholders, demonstrating an understanding of specific value propositions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, fine arts, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least five years of experience in art direction, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful digital or CRM campaigns.
- Proven ability to develop creative concepts and translate them into impactful visual designs for diverse audiences.
- Mastery of traditional and emerging digital design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Mastery of AI tools for generating static and dynamic visuals.
- Knowledge of email marketing best practices, adaptive design principles, and creating digital assets for various platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and visually represent the nuances of technical and service-based offerings.
Nice to Have
- Experience in telecommunications, retail, or a multi-business unit corporate structure.
