The Digital Marketing Specialist will collaborate cross-functionally to elevate our digital footprint, drive lead generation, enhance customer engagement, and accelerate brand expansion. Key Responsibilities: - Campaign Management: Conceptualize, execute, and monitor digital marketing initiatives across platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and email marketing. - SEO & SEM Optimization: Enhance website visibility through strategic keyword research, on-page SEO techniques, sophisticated backlink strategies, and targeted paid search campaigns. - Content Creation & Strategy: Partner with content teams to develop and execute strategies driving organic traffic and meaningful engagement. - Analytics & Reporting: Evaluate campaign performance utilizing tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and advanced reporting platforms. Generate comprehensive reports with actionable strategic recommendations. - Social Media Management: Cultivate and expand company social media presence through engaging content creation, active follower interaction, and trend awareness. - Email Marketing: Design, develop, and refine email marketing campaigns focused on lead nurturing, promotional activities, and customer retention. - Lead Generation & Conversion: Architect strategies for attracting qualified traffic and transforming leads through sophisticated landing pages, compelling offers, and strategic calls to action. - Collaboration: Closely interface with design and development teams to optimize user experience, website traffic, and overall digital engagement. Requirements: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline. - Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in digital marketing with demonstrated campaign success. - Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in digital marketing platforms including Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools, email marketing platforms, and WordPress. - SEO & SEM Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of SEO principles, SEM strategies, and advanced keyword research techniques. - Content Creation: Exceptional copywriting capabilities for social media, blogs, and marketing collateral. - Analytical Prowess: Superior data analysis and reporting skills to measure campaign performance and ROI. - Creative Problem-Solving: Innovative thinking and ability to generate groundbreaking marketing approaches. - Communication Excellence: Outstanding written and verbal communication capabilities. - Project Management: Robust organizational and time-management skills for managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
