Deutsche India Private Limited, Mumbai Branch, is seeking a Digital Asset Custody Produktmanager. This role is central to Deutsche Bank's first digital asset product, a custody solution for Corporate Bank clients and a technical platform for future digital asset use cases. You will translate the product vision into actionable initiatives, shape the product portfolio, and ensure its competitiveness and regulatory compliance.
What You'll Do
- Translate the product vision into actionable initiatives, create product roadmaps, and oversee execution from initial idea through post-release optimization.
- Actively shape and evolve the Digital Asset Custody product portfolio by expanding platform-based products and services to maximize customer and business value.
- Analyze market trends, regulatory developments, and strategic collaboration opportunities to sustainably ensure the product's competitiveness.
- Define, prioritize, and deliver product features and services based on business and technical requirements.
- Design and integrate appropriate controls and governance mechanisms, balancing user experience, security, and risk.
- Act as a key product owner interface between technology, operations, control functions, and external stakeholders, ensuring secure, scalable, and regulatory-compliant solutions.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM field, (Business) Informatics, or Economics.
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in product development, ideally in finance or technology.
- Confidence in handling complex challenges and technical topics, with a structured and solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to communicate complex topics clearly and adapt the level of detail to the target audience.
- Experience in defining business requirements and processes for technical implementation.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Nice to Have
- IT-affinity and basic programming skills.
- Previous exposure to decentralized ledger technologies and related use cases.
