IONOS DE is looking for a Digital Art Director to actively shape the digital experience of the IONOS shop—from the creative idea to final implementation. Your concepts will be based on data, user needs, and clear conversion goals, combining conceptual thinking with a strong eye for design to ensure a modern, user-centric, and high-performance appearance.
What You'll Do
- Design new landing pages, shop funnels, and other digital touchpoints with a strong focus on brand and design.
- Regularly ideate and design new concepts for shop optimization.
- Take end-to-end responsibility for specific product areas of our online shop and/or an IONOS Group brand, collaborating with cross-functional experts.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and coordinate with stakeholders like Development, Tech, Agencies, Product Management, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service.
- Design and optimize UX concepts, visuals, interactions, and motion designs for our international shop segments.
- Balance visual creativity, user perspective, and conversion goals.
- Support the development of our group-wide Design System.
- Contribute proactively, bring in new ideas, and occasionally test 'moonshot' concepts.
What We're Looking For
- Several years of experience in Digital Art Direction, Visual Design, and UI/UX Design.
- A strong sense of layout, visual hierarchy, typography, animation, composition, and digital aesthetics.
- Proficiency with design and motion tools such as Figma or similar programs.
- An independent, structured way of working with high quality standards and strong execution skills.
- Enjoyment of cross-functional collaboration and an open mindset.
- Experience in the creative direction of projects and teams.
- Ability to translate complex requirements from UX, Business, and Tech into clear, consistent visual concepts and layouts.
Nice to Have
- Interest and experience in using AI tools within the design or content process.
