IONOS DE is hiring a Digital Art Director who will actively shape the digital experience of the IONOS shop—from creative idea to final implementation. You'll think not just visually, but analytically, based on data, user needs, and clear conversion goals. Working in an agile, interdisciplinary team, you'll collaborate closely with Product Owners, Development, and Data to continuously improve the visual quality, usability, and conversion of our digital touchpoints.
What You'll Do
- Design new landing pages, shop funnels, and other digital touchpoints with a strong focus on brand and design.
- Regularly create new ideas for shop optimization.
- Take end-to-end responsibility for product areas of the online shop and/or for a brand within the IONOS group, alongside cross-functional experts.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and align with relevant interfaces (development, technology, agencies, product management, product marketing, sales, customer service, etc.).
- Design and optimize UX concepts, visuals, interactions, and motion designs for the international shop areas.
- Align visual creativity, user perspective, and conversion goals.
- Support the development of the group-wide design system.
- Think proactively, contribute new ideas, and test 'moonshots'.
What We're Looking For
- Several years of experience in Digital Art Direction, Visual Design, and UI/UX Design.
- Strong sense for layout, visual hierarchy, typography, animation, composition, and digital aesthetics.
- Experience with design and motion tools like Figma or similar programs.
- Independent, structured way of working, high-quality standards, and strong implementation skills.
- Enjoyment of cross-functional collaboration and an open mindset.
- Experience in the creative management of projects and teams.
- Ability to translate complex requirements from UX, business, and technology into clear, consistent visual concepts and layouts.
Nice to Have
- Interest and experience in using AI tools in the design or content process.
