Micross is hiring a Die Inspector to perform 100% visual inspections of microchips before assembly, ensuring quality control in a manufacturing environment. This role follows prescribed routines to identify and remove rejected items, requiring precision and attention to detail.

What You'll Do

Work from procedures, travelers, customer specifications, work orders, and other detailed documentation.
Verify microchip backing, mask ID, orientation, counts, labels, lids, trays, and clips.
Manually view each die in a lot and determine compliance with visual inspection criteria, removing rejected die.
Complete production sheets and travelers with dates, amounts, compliance, and other required data.
Replace rejected die, wash, and remove foreign material.
Track finished die in the computer system.
Audit trays of inspected die for compliance and complete audit sheets.
Maintain written and practical inspection certifications.
Notify supervision of equipment problems, operational issues, and supply needs.
Follow clean room and other environmental precautions and procedures.
Learn and interpret Military specifications for internal visual inspection.
Complete required training and certification for the role.
Perform or assist with operations as required to maintain workflow and meet schedules.
Comply with all safety, quality, and ITAR policies, practices, and procedures.
Build productive relationships with internal business partners.
Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
