Plasma is hiring a DevRel Lead responsible for making Plasma the most developer-respected blockchain for stablecoins. You will build the developer ecosystem, shape onboarding experiences, and support builders through integration and deployment.

What You'll Do

Own all developer-facing content and tooling, from docs and guides to examples and reference apps.
Partner with top teams to get them integrated and successful on Plasma, solving for real, global use cases.
Design and maintain core onboarding experiences that showcase Plasma’s speed, architecture, and stablecoin-native features.
Launch and maintain community programs (e.g., developer challenges, early adopter cohorts, hackathons) to foster usage and loyalty.
Build feedback loops from developers into product and engineering.
Represent Plasma at events, conferences, and social channels.

What We're Looking For

You’ve worked in DevRel, engineering, or protocol teams and know what developers love in a platform.
A strong communicator with the ability to translate deep technical concepts into clean, concise writing and code.
Hands-on coder: you can prototype, debug, and ship code that other developers rely on.
Opinionated about great developer experiences and willing to fight for quality.
A passion for crypto infrastructure and stablecoin use cases.
Comfortable working across disciplines and moving fast in a high-stakes environment.
Known for high ownership: when something’s broken, you fix it; when something’s missing, you build it.

Nice to Have

Strong presence in crypto developer communities, online or offline.
Experience building apps on L1s/L2s or contributing to protocol-level projects.
Previous experience running community or education programs at a protocol or devtooling company.
Understanding of crypto UX patterns and interactions.
