AnaVation is looking for a DevOps Engineer SME to join our team, providing unmatched value through innovative solutions. In this role, you will design, deploy, test, operate, and maintain DevSecOps infrastructure tools supporting a mission-critical enterprise environment. You will support the primary O&M team, resolve interoperability issues, and ensure the reliability, security, and resiliency of the infrastructure.

What You'll Do

Architect, design, deploy, test, certify, and operate complex DevSecOps infrastructure tools within Top Secret enclaves
Troubleshoot and resolve interoperability issues across operating systems, support libraries, components, and application dependencies
Deploy and configure services using infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) providers
Configure and manage Linux-based servers to support dynamic web applications
Debug and support cluster-based computing architecture
Install, configure, and maintain open-source monitoring and observability tools
Partner with development and security teams to ensure CI/CD pipelines align with DevSecOps best practices
Use scripting and programming (e.g., Bash, Python) to automate deployments and improve system reliability
Participate in Program Increments (PIs) and Agile Release Train (ART) activities
Support a multi-enclave environment (Unclassified, Secret, and Top Secret)

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in DevOps or related field with at least 4 years working in Top Secret environments
Experience with SAFe Agile framework
Strong understanding of forensic and investigative system requirements
Demonstrated experience implementing DevSecOps practices in secure government environments
Experience with data processing, automation, and ETL workflow orchestration
Hands-on experience implementing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines
Proficiency with GitLab or similar version control and DevOps platforms
Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) for secure, classified environments
Proficiency with Nutanix AHV, Prism, Flow, and Calm for hyperconverged infrastructure management
Proficiency with Enterprise containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) in Top Secret enclaves
Proficiency with Search and indexing tool clusters (ElasticSearch, Opensearch) configuration for classified data
Proficiency with Repository Managers (JFrog Artifactory, Sonatype Nexus) with security hardening for classified environments
Proficiency with Database servers (MySQL, Postgres, MSSQL) in Top Secret environments
Proficiency with Cloud platforms (AWS GovCloud, SC2S, C2S) with focus on security controls for classified workloads
Proficiency with Advanced virtualization (VMware vSphere, VxRail, Nutanix AHV) for secure environments
Proficiency with Advanced security and networking (SSH, SSL/TLS, Key Vaults, PKI) implementation for Top Secret environments
Proficiency with Server side technologies (Apache Tomcat, NGINX, IIS) with security hardening
Proficiency with DevSecOps principles and best practices for classified development environments
Proficiency with Linux (Rocky, RedHat, Amazon, Ubuntu) and Windows operating systems with security hardening for classified use
Advanced proficiency with Nutanix Flow micro segmentation
Advanced proficiency with Nutanix Files and Objects for secure data storage in Top Secret enclaves
Advanced proficiency with Data processing, automation and ETL workflow orchestration within classified environments
Advanced proficiency with CI/CD pipeline implementation and optimization with security controls for classified code
Advanced proficiency with GitLab or similar version control systems configured for Top Secret environments
Advanced proficiency with Network architecture and advanced security in Top Secret/SCI classified environments
Advanced proficiency with Cross-domain solutions for secure data transfer between classification levels
Advanced proficiency with Hybrid cloud and on-premises integration with focus on security boundaries
Advanced proficiency with SAFe Agile methodologies in classified development environments
Advanced proficiency with Security accreditation processes for TS/SCI systems (RMF, NIST 800-53)
Advanced proficiency with Implementing defensive cybersecurity measures within classified networks
Active Top Secret (TS) clearance and the ability to obtain SCI access with a CI polygraph
