Jobgether is looking for a DevOps Engineer - Environment Management to enable smooth software delivery by managing CI/CD pipelines and provisioning test environments. You will work closely with development and QA teams in a fast-paced, collaborative setting to streamline workflows and ensure deployment readiness.

What You'll Do

Support the setup, configuration, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines using TeamCity and Bitbucket.
Provision and manage test environments for QA and UAT validation.
Troubleshoot build failures and deployment issues to ensure smooth delivery cycles.
Maintain version control strategies, including branching and merging processes.
Collaborate with QA and development teams to ensure all environments are deployment-ready.
Document environment configurations, workflows, and deployment procedures.

What We're Looking For

5–7 years of experience in DevOps or environment management roles.
Proven hands-on expertise with TeamCity, Bitbucket, and Git.
Basic scripting skills with Shell or Python for automation.
Exposure to containerization tools, preferably Docker.
Strong understanding of software testing workflows and environment dependencies.
Excellent troubleshooting skills, team collaboration, and communication abilities.

Nice to Have

Experience in the insurance domain is an advantage.
