We are looking for a DevOps and Site Reliability Engineer to develop, manage, and secure a container platform that meets client needs and leverages cloud capabilities. You will use your DevOps platform experience to support the team, inform strategy, and ensure standards throughout the containerization process.
What You'll Do
- Develop, manage, and secure a container platform that meets client needs.
- Develop container management software to solve client challenges.
- Hone skills using the latest cloud technologies to improve client environments with current container software for seamless orchestration.
- Support the team by informing strategy and design while ensuring standards are met throughout the containerization process.
- Recommend resources to help clients manage and securely adopt containers.
- Support the development of critical cloud platforms.
- Create solutions to complex problems within a collaborative team environment.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience developing tools and processes to drive DevOps or DevSecOps maturity by automating builds, regression testing, monitoring, and pushing releases across environments.
- 2+ years of experience troubleshooting, triaging, and resolving issues related to CI/CD pipeline failures or slowness.
- 2+ years of experience with automation frameworks, including Jenkins, Git Technologies such as GitLab, GitHub Actions.
- 2+ years of experience with CloudOps and automation tooling such as Terraform or Ansible.
- Experience developing enterprise cloud-native solutions and SDLC.
- Experience with APM monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Data Dog or New Relic.
- Knowledge of developing, managing, and securing containers.
- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience in DevOps in lieu of a degree.
Nice to Have
- Experience developing enterprise cloud-native solutions involving Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Jenkins, or Azure.
- Experience in Identity Authentication and Authorization, including Single-Sign-On, SAML, or OpenID.
- Knowledge of creating and improving continuous automation across multiple technical stacks.
- Knowledge of creating and improving continuous deployment tools built on Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of triaging and resolving issues related to both open source and commercial tools in public cloud environments.
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or Linux Shell Script.
