Agiboo B.V. is looking for a Development Manager to lead a small, dynamic team of developers and testers delivering our mission-critical, cloud-based Agiblocks commodity trading and risk management product. You will own the full lifecycle of this highly flexible and modern solution, focusing on team leadership, technical execution, and collaboration to drive new features and maintain existing systems for international trading companies.

What You'll Do

Lead, manage, and motivate DevOps team members, including developers, testers, and consultants.
Coordinate development, release, and delivery activities to ensure high-quality software.
Troubleshoot and resolve product and infrastructure issues.
Enforce sound and secure software engineering practices and processes.
Plan and manage all development operations activities for the hosting infrastructure.
Plan and manage development activities for projects and releases, including software engineering, quality assurance testing, and test automation.
Plan and manage major consulting, deployment, and implementation projects.
Manage sprint planning, task assignments, and performance feedback.
Make day-to-day technical and project-level decisions with limited oversight.
Work closely with both onshore and offshore team members to ensure reliable, maintainable, and performant software delivery.
