Minor Hotels is looking for a Development Intern to support the analysis and development of new hotel projects. You will join our team to gain practical experience in hotel feasibility and development processes.
What You'll Do
- Conduct desktop market research for potential projects
- Support feasibility analysis for hotel developments
- Assist in preparing project pitches and proposals
- Manage and update the owner database
- Prepare presentations and reports for internal stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Good oral and written communication skills in English
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills
Nice to Have
- Completion of basic courses in accounting, real estate finance, or financial modeling in Excel
