What You'll Do
- Understand product requirements and design to develop software solutions.
- Analyze system flow, data usage, and work processes to inform development.
- Investigate problem areas and follow the software development life cycle.
- Facilitate root cause analysis of system issues.
- Identify ideas to improve system performance and availability.
- Convert client requirements into feasible technical designs.
- Collaborate with functional teams and systems analysts on software requirements.
- Confer with project managers regarding software capabilities.
- Perform coding and ensure optimal software/module development.
- Evaluate analysis and requirements to determine operational feasibility.
- Develop and automate software validation processes, designing and executing test cases.
- Modify software to fix errors, adapt to new hardware, or improve performance.
- Plan and recommend new systems or modifications to existing ones.
- Ensure code is error-free and thoroughly tested.
- Prepare reports on project specifications, activities, and status.
- Raise all code per defined norms with clear descriptions.
- Compile timely, comprehensive, and accurate documentation and reports.
- Coordinate daily with the team on project status and progress.
- Provide feedback on usability and serviceability, tracing results to quality risks.
- Maintain ongoing status reporting and customer focus.
- Capture all requirements and clarifications from the client.
- Take regular feedback to ensure smooth, on-time delivery.
- Participate in continuing education to remain current on best practices and new languages.
- Consult with engineering staff on software-hardware interfaces and specifications.
- Document solutions through documentation, flowcharts, diagrams, and clear code comments.
- Formally document necessary details from client proposal to implementation.
- Ensure high-quality customer interaction across all communication channels.
- Respond timely to customer requests with no instances of complaints.
What We're Looking For
- 5-8 years of professional development experience.
- Proficiency in React JS.
