New Era Technology is looking for a Senior Front End Developer to design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using React JS. You will collaborate closely with backend engineers, UI/UX designers, and product stakeholders to deliver exceptional user experiences.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React JS.
- Implement complex state management using Redux, Redux Saga, and Redux Thunk.
- Build reusable, modular, and maintainable UI components.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers to translate designs into responsive and interactive interfaces.
- Optimize applications for maximum performance across devices and browsers.
- Integrate front-end components with REST APIs and backend services.
- Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and best practices.
- Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to improving front-end development standards.
- Troubleshoot and debug application issues.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of professional development experience.
- Strong experience in React JS development.
- Expertise in Redux for state management.
- Hands-on experience with Redux Saga and Redux Thunk.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience building responsive and cross-browser compatible applications.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and asynchronous request handling.
- Experience with Git and modern development workflows.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Nice to Have
- Experience with TypeScript.
- Knowledge of modern front-end build tools like Webpack, Babel, or Vite.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Understanding of performance optimization and front-end security best practices.
