Encora is hiring a Frontend Lead Software Engineer to play a key role in our full development lifecycle. You will translate product requirements into high-quality technical solutions, leading frontend development efforts and guiding the team in building new features and maintaining existing applications on AWS. You will also act as a key contributor in customer interactions, participating in technical discussions, demonstrations, and reviews to align engineering with business needs.
What You'll Do
- Digest product requirements and specify the frontend implementation of new features.
- Implement designed solutions from coding through testing.
- Follow Agile processes and actively participate in all development phases.
- Develop new features and maintain existing applications.
- Participate in the complete development cycle from requirements gathering to testing.
- Engage in technical discussions, demonstrations, and reviews with customers.
What We're Looking For
- Solid experience with JavaScript.
- Proficient with ReactJS framework.
- Experience with Micro Frontends.
- Knowledge of Redux and/or Mobx.
- Experience working with REST APIs.
- Solid experience with HTML5 and CSS3.
- Solid experience with Git or SVN.
Nice to Have
- Cloud knowledge, specifically AWS.
- Knowledge of CSS Pre-Processors like SASS or LESS.
- Knowledge of testing methodologies (Unit, Feature, Integration).
- Experience with Restful services.
- Experience with unit testing using Jest and React Testing Library.
- Experience with MVVM and Unidirectional Redux patterns.
