Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions Hungary Kft. is looking for a Senior Customer Delivery Manager accountable for managing contract fulfillment with a focus on time, quality, and cost. You will have overall responsibility for the E2E execution of service requests and be primarily responsible for escalation and claim management.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate service delivery activities between organizational units and supervise their work.
- Ensure compliance with deadlines and expected service levels.
- Apply adequate project delivery methodologies, tools, techniques, and processes.
- Manage financial and service reporting, along with respective procedures and planning.
- Lead external and internal cost-saving initiatives as part of continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience in the IT industry, with specific experience in Service Delivery Management.
- Relevant technical and/or Operations Management related experience.
- Applied knowledge of ITIL and Agile concepts, with experience in Process management.
- Outstanding communication skills, with fluency in both German (C1 level) and English (C1/B2 level).
- Strong presentation and moderating skills.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects with shifting deadlines.
- Flexibility and willingness to expand beyond traditional Service Delivery Management.
- Relevant experience with utilizing ticketing tools, along with a solid grasp of security protocols.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of networking and cloud technologies.
- Experience in in-depth contract management.
Work Mode
This position follows a local-country work mode and is based in one of our offices in Budapest, Debrecen, Pécs, or Szeged, Hungary.
