WinAir is hiring a Sales Manager (m/w/d) for its western region to drive the next phase of our growth. You will play a central role in expanding our customer base and revenue through proactive sales activities, with high personal responsibility for your portfolio.
What You'll Do
- Actively acquire new customers and expand existing customer relationships.
- Prepare and execute sales conversations and presentations, both virtually and on-site.
- Create offers, lead contract negotiations, and secure contract closures.
- Collaborate closely with internal service and technical teams to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze customer needs to develop tailored solutions.
- Document sales activities and independently monitor relevant KPIs.
What We're Looking For
- A completed commercial vocational training or university degree.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in sales of technical services.
- Passion for sales, an independent and goal-oriented working style, and high self-motivation.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Willingness to travel and a valid driver's license.
