About the Role

Humana Inc. is looking for a Desktop/End User Support Technician 2 to maintain, repair, and troubleshoot desktop hardware and software packages. You will join an organization focused on putting health first and continuously improving consumer experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot desktop hardware and software packages.
  • Provide customer service and end-user training.
  • Research and resolve technical problems of moderate complexity, typically escalated from first line support teams.
  • Respond to escalated telephone, email, and online requests for technical support.
  • Document, track, and monitor problems using applicable systems and tools.
  • Perform varied activities and moderately complex administrative, operational, and customer support assignments.

What We're Looking For

  • Less than 3 years of technical experience as a Desktop/End User Support Engineer.
  • Experience researching and resolving technical problems of moderate complexity, typically escalated from first line support teams.
  • Experience responding to escalated telephone, email, and online requests for technical support.
  • Experience documenting, tracking, and monitoring problems using applicable systems and tools.
  • Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives.
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.

Team & Environment

You will work within defined parameters with some latitude over prioritization and timing, operating under minimal direction.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Compensation: $44,900 - $60,200 per year.
