3M is looking for an Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team. You will be responsible for assembling and packaging manufactured products, recording production data, and operating equipment, while collaborating with process engineers to resolve problems.
What You'll Do
- Assemble and package manufactured products according to applicable procedures
- Accurately record all production data
- Perform all casting and impregnation production processes, including casting, drying, sintering, and impregnating radomes
- Operate equipment such as furnaces, forklifts, presses, pallet movers, and other heavy equipment
- Identify problems and work with process engineers through to resolution
What We're Looking For
- Possession of a High School Diploma / GED or higher (completed prior to start)
Nice to Have
- A minimum of six (6) months of previous experience in a manufacturing environment
Technical Stack
- Furnaces, forklifts, presses, pallet movers, and other heavy equipment
