Team Computers is hiring a Desktop Support Engineer to provide Level 1 technical assistance to our client, Union Bank of India. In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, remote support, and maintaining desktop hardware and software.
What You'll Do
- Ask targeted questions to diagnose problems and guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions.
- Conduct remote troubleshooting and record technical issues and solutions in logs.
- Provide Level 1 desktop support to end-users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve printer-related technical issues.
- Configure, maintain, and support Microsoft Outlook for end-users.
What We're Looking For
- Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Windows, Linux, and Mac OS environments.
- Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners.
- Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs.
- Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions.
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills with a customer-oriented attitude.
Nice to Have
- Diploma in Computer, BCA, B.E., or BTech are preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- A BSc in Computer Science or relevant field.
