What You'll Do
Provide hands-on technical support for desktop systems, software, and communication tools across Geneva and remote locations. You'll ensure seamless onboarding for new employees by setting up workstations, configuring devices, and enabling full system access. Your responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing mobile devices, and maintaining connectivity for critical trading and market data platforms.
Deploy and manage endpoints using modern tools such as SCCM, Intune, and other MDM solutions. You’ll support key financial applications including Trayport, Fidessa, Bloomberg, LSEG Workspace, and ICE, ensuring uptime and performance. Play an active role in improving internal processes by developing custom tooling and maintaining accurate technical documentation.
This role requires participation in a rotating shift schedule, including after-hours support and on-call duties to maintain continuous operations.
Requirements
- Experience supporting Windows 11, macOS, and Microsoft 365 Office environments
- Familiarity with enterprise device management via SCCM, Intune, or similar MDM platforms
- Proven ability to configure and maintain desktops, laptops, smartphones, printers, and peripheral devices
- Technical knowledge of network connectivity, telephony systems, and remote access solutions
- Experience supporting financial or trading applications such as Bloomberg, Fidessa, or Trayport
- Skill in diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues efficiently
- Ability to document procedures and contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Willingness to work outside standard business hours as part of a rotating shift
