Design Auditor - Commercial Workspace India, Philippines Role Overview: We are searching for a precise and skilled Interior Design Verification Specialist to support our design and project management teams for a premier furniture and workspace design organization authorized as a Haworth furniture dealer. The professional will be responsible for confirming the precision, uniformity, and adherence of furniture specifications, finishes, and pricing across multiple manufacturers. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional meticulousness, proactivity, and autonomous work capabilities in a dynamic, remote environment. The Interior Design Verification Specialist is crucial in minimizing potential errors and ensuring seamless project implementation from initial quotation through final order. Key Responsibilities: - Examine and authenticate floor plans, elevations, renderings, finish legends, furniture specifications, and manufacturer quotes for accuracy and coherence - Confirm product part numbers, finishes/finish codes, and pricing across all project documentation - Detect discrepancies or incomplete information and collaborate with project teams to resolve issues efficiently - Consult manufacturer specification guides, price lists, and websites to validate technical and stability requirements - Evaluate building/site plans to confirm furniture applications are feasible and appropriately dimensioned - Ensure alignment with client standards and guidelines for multiple commercial furniture brands - Sustain current knowledge of various product lines, characteristics, and technical capabilities - Utilize design verification tools such as Project Spec, CET, and AutoCAD to review and validate specifications - Assist project coordination and order entry processes as required - Execute additional responsibilities as directed by management Qualifications & Skills: - Experience: 2–5 years in commercial furniture dealership, contract furniture environment, or comparable setting - Technical Skills: Proficiency in Project Spec, CET, or equivalent design auditing tools for specification verification - Product Knowledge: Understanding of Haworth and other major commercial furniture manufacturers - Strong organizational capabilities with exceptional attention to detail - Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently under tight deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and PDF editing tools - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - Comfortable working independently in remote environment with reliable technology infrastructure - Project coordination or specification management experience preferred What We Offer: - Competitive compensation and benefits package - 100% remote work with flexible scheduling - Collaborative, dynamic, and cross-functional work environment - Exposure to global clients and high-profile commercial furniture projects across multiple brands About Bold Business: Bold Business is a US-based global business process outsourcing firm with over 25 years of experience and $7B+ in client engagements.
