N2JSoft is looking for a Sales Development Team Lead DACH to lead outbound prospecting for our N2F platform, which manages travel expenses, corporate cards, and incoming invoices. You will drive lead generation and qualification across the DACH region, motivating and developing your team to consistently increase Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
What You'll Do
- Lead and motivate the DACH Sales Development Representative (SDR) team.
- Collaborate with the Head of Sales DACH and SDR Managers to set and monitor individual and collective goals.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding of new SDRs for the DACH market.
- Provide regular reporting on DACH SDR activities.
- Contact decision-makers via phone, LinkedIn, and email to generate and qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule sales meetings.
- Creatively explore new avenues for lead generation.
- Conduct cold calling with a target of 60 calls per day.
- Attend trade shows and events to network with exhibitors.
- Maintain customer data in the CRM.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of (SaaS) SDR experience, ideally as a top performer.
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- German language skills for communication with team and customers (company language is English).
- A hunter mentality, creative & positive attitude, and a highly dynamic personality.
- Imagination and willingness to propose new solutions to achieve targets.
- No fear of cold calling and persuading potential customers.
- Very outgoing with excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Eager to learn with a desire for continuous development and advancing colleagues and the company.
