Jumpfactor is seeking an AI B2B Content Writer (AI-First Content Manager) to build authoritative, E-E-A-T-driven content for the Managed IT and Cybersecurity industry. Your core focus will be leveraging AI tools to produce SEO-optimized content that directly drives pipeline and revenue.
What You'll Do
- Organize and manage monthly and ad hoc content deliverables.
- Leverage AI tools to produce high-quality content for an IT & Cyber-focused media platform, including blogs, sales copy, landing pages, guides, and social media.
- Create E-E-A-T-optimized content using first- and third-party research.
- Maintain high-volume, high-quality output in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Execute the social media content strategy for the IT & Cyber platform.
- Engineer structured AI prompt sequences for various content types.
- Use AI to assist with research, outlining, drafting, and optimization.
- Continuously refine prompts and AI workflows to improve output quality.
- Evaluate AI outputs and ensure they meet editorial, SEO, and brand standards.
- Provide consistent, actionable feedback to the AI product team to improve output and workflows.
- Identify opportunities to improve content workflows using AI tools and automation.
What We're Looking For
- 4–5 years of experience writing and editing engaging B2B content.
- Experience writing for IT, Cybersecurity, Managed IT Services, Cloud, or related technology industries.
- Strong knowledge of SEO optimization and conversion-focused copywriting.
- Ability to create persuasive, sales-driven content and maintain consistent tone, voice, and messaging across platforms.
- Strong understanding of E-E-A-T and data-driven content strategy.
- Proven ability to leverage AI tools to create engaging text, graphics, and video content.
- Strong understanding of AI prompting principles and basic to intermediate prompt engineering skills.
- Ability to structure prompts that generate high-quality marketing content.
- Ability to review, refine, and iterate AI outputs to reach strong editorial quality, balancing speed with accuracy and brand voice.
- Comfortable moving beyond basic ChatGPT/Gemini prompting and using AI-assisted workflows for content creation and optimization.
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or N8N and a basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and workflow automation concepts.
- Ability to experiment with new AI tools and improve content workflows.
- Exceptional grammar, editing skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to identify weak AI outputs and refine prompts or structure to improve results.
