About the Role

Lidl Bulgaria is hiring a Deputy Branch Manager to co-manage store operations and contribute directly to our success. You will work closely with the Branch Manager to foster a welcoming atmosphere for both customers and employees, ensuring satisfaction and strong operational performance.

What You'll Do

  • Motivate and train your team alongside the Branch Manager, sharing your expertise in areas like merchandise display, freshness, customer service, and hygiene compliance.
  • Manage the store's personnel, sales turnover, and numerical results, taking responsibility for the achieved outcomes.
  • Serve as a role model for employees, promoting a good team atmosphere and exemplary customer courtesy.
  • Support the preparation and execution of inventories.
  • Implement new branch concepts as they are introduced.

What We're Looking For

  • Exceptional commitment, demonstrated entrepreneurial thinking, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Completed secondary education.
  • A love for communicating with people and working collaboratively within a team.
  • Management experience and the ability to be an example to colleagues.
  • Good management skills.

Nice to Have

  • Education and/or professional experience in the field of trade and/or the food industry.

Team & Environment

You will work directly together with the Branch Manager to lead the store team.

  • Compensation: Starting gross salary of 1300 €, increasing to 1420 € in the second year, and 1550 € after the second year.
  • Additional gross remuneration of 6.5 €/day when working in another, remote location.
