About the Role

Every is looking for a Sr. Associate, Ocular Health Pharma Field Sales (Professional Path) to drive pharmaceutical sales and build relationships with healthcare professionals. You will be responsible for achieving territory sales objectives and promoting our portfolio of ocular health products within your assigned region.

What You'll Do

  • Achieve sales targets and promote products to medical practitioners and allied healthcare professionals for your assigned territory.
  • Develop business plans and implement sales activities, including customer events, marketing campaigns, and sales presentations.
  • Propose drugs from the pharmaceutical product list, providing complete scientific information on pharmacological and therapeutic characteristics.
  • Provide key account and hospital network support, including market access and referral networks.
  • Maintain and enhance knowledge of products, strategy, key messages, and competitor information.
  • Manage and maintain relations with the medical community, ensuring customer satisfaction and strong relationships.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of all reports.
  • Handle inquiries and complaints quickly and professionally, following company procedures.
  • Follow adverse events guidelines and Code of Conduct Guidelines.
  • Contribute positively to the Sales and Marketing team through cooperative relationships and collaborative efforts.
  • Provide input into the effective use of promotional funds and territory sales forecasting.
  • Update health professionals on therapeutic indications and collect feedback on promoted drugs, reporting unwanted side effects.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience achieving sales targets in a pharmaceutical or medical sales role.
  • Experience developing business plans and implementing sales activities and marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to present complex scientific information on pharmacological and therapeutic characteristics of medicines, devices, and supplements.
  • Experience providing key account and hospital network support.
  • Strong relationship management skills with the medical community.
  • Excellent reporting skills with attention to detail and timeliness.
  • Professionalism in handling customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Knowledge of and commitment to following industry guidelines for adverse events and code of conduct.
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on team contribution.
  • Ability to provide strategic input on promotional funds and sales forecasting.
