CLEAResult Consulting Inc. was looking for a Demand Response Program Manager

CLEAResult Consulting Inc. is hiring a Demand Response Program Manager to lead client programs from start to finish, with a focus on the MidAtlantic region. You will ensure innovative service delivery and high satisfaction for our utility partners and their customers.

What You'll Do

  • Manage multiple concurrent contracts and budgets with annual revenue of $2M-$3M
  • Execute, negotiate, and manage contracts for compliance and client satisfaction
  • Direct line and second line supervision of the program delivery team
  • Provide matrix-style functional direction to support resources
  • Drive, manage, monitor, and report the timely delivery of program results
  • Ensure and facilitate the highest standard of customer service
  • Directly manage and develop program staff
  • Direct and coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, software development)
  • Develop program processes and make recommendations for improvement
  • Conduct technical document review (Project Scope, Manuals, and Associated Documents)
  • Assemble data for invoicing and project reporting activities
  • Identify and escalate program issues in a timely manner

What We're Looking For

  • 5-8 years of project management experience
  • 2+ years of people management experience
  • Self-starter with a positive and outgoing personality
  • Strong customer service experience and focus
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Demand response program execution experience

Nice to Have

  • Utility program management experience
  • Salesforce/CRM proficiency

  • Compensation range: $90,900.00 - $136,300.00 (Target: $95,000 - $105,000 plus bonus)
